Nomad Wellness is Registered Mobile Massage (RMT) services designed to bring massage therapy and recovery treatments directly to your home. By eliminating the need to travel, Nomad Wellness provides flexibility and convenience while delivering expert care to help you overcome pain, improve mobility, and maintain overall well-being.

We bring registered massage services directly to your home within Vancouver, Richmond, and Burnaby. Head to the “Contact“ page and send us an email to book an Initial Virtual Consultation.

Arrival & Setup: Your Registered Massage therapist (RMT) will arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment. This window allows time for setting up equipment and preparing a comfortable space.

During the Session: Enjoy your treatment as your therapist focuses on relieving tension, improving mobility, or supporting recovery.

Takedown: After your session, an additional 30 minutes will be set aside for a smooth take down of the setup.

What We Request: To ensure a seamless experience, please have the following available: 

• A bathroom or kitchen sink for handwashing
• A pillow and blanket, for your comfort
• An outlet for powering equipment
• A chair
• Possible access to the internet for music selection and payment processing.

These details help create a safe, efficient, and relaxing environment tailored just for you.

Your massage therapist will request to set up in a quiet, open space in your home that allows for easy movement around the massage table. 

Ideally, this space should be at least 6 ft x 10 ft to ensure proper setup and movement, and have an accessible power outlet for any necessary equipment. This could be a living room, home office, kitchen, basement or den. For professionalism and comfort, massage treatments will not be provided in bedrooms.

If you’re unsure about the best setup location, your therapist can assist in finding a suitable spot during the virtual consultation.

A $30 security deposit is required prior to booking an appointment. The remaining balance will be processed at time of service. 

For 3-pack purchases, a credit will be added to your account and processed at time of service with a receipt to submit to your insurance provider.

Yes, we are Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs)—registered with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC) and are eligible for coverage under extended health plans, which typically include coverage for RMT services up to a certain amount per year. We highly recommended to contact your insurance provider before booking a massage to discuss your coverage, including any limitations, and deductibles.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct billing at this time.

*We accept visa, debit, mastercard, AMEX. E-transfer is preferred. 

We value your time and ours and require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
• No-shows or failure to provide notice will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit and charged the full amount of treatment. A 50% security deposit will be required for your next appointment.
• If your RMT cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will receive $30 off your next treatment, and a security deposit will not be required for that booking.
